“I have two favorite GOTR lessons. The first is the lesson on comfortable and uncomfortable emotions. I love that GOTR teaches that no emotion is bad. Understanding and handling our emotions in a constructive way is a valuable life skill that will serve girls their whole lives. My other favorite lesson is \I Feel Statements\. Having tools to express your feelings in a non-combative way is life changing.”-Spring 2019 Parent/Guardian
